coaching staff is hand picked to guarantee that the course they are delivering
will allow the participants to learn and master each specific area of
the sport. They are also equipped to help solve individual participants
problems and to encourage them to take the right path to evolve in to
a better player. Premier Coaching's™ staff have all completed government qualifications within the sport and leisure industry and possess relevant national governing body awards. Premier Coaching™ are also very aware of a child’s welfare when taking part in sport and due to this factor our company is registered with Disclosure Scotland. Every Premier Coaching employee has an enhanced disclosure check completed before they start coaching and all have relevant insurance. Scott
Millar Head Coach |

Premier Coaching's™ Head Coach is Scott Millar. Scott has a strong background in football for some one so young. He has played for various professional teams North and South of the boarder, notably for Heart of Midlothian F.C. His love of the game has taken him all over the world both in a playing and coaching capacity. Scott
holds a vast amount of coaching qualifications from an HND in Sports Coaching
with Development to a “Working with Children Diploma” from
the Scottish Football Association. |

Allison Coach |

Colin
has been with Premier
Coaching™
for over two years and took up his position when searching for a work placement
post whilst studying for an HND in Sports Coaching with Development. With
the completion and successful graduation in his HND, Colin is now one of
our most recognised coaches. Colin also holds several Nation Governing Body
Awards with in the field of soccer.
Colin has been a professional footballer with Livingston F.C. and has also played for several Youth Professional teams. He still plays football for Linlithgow Rose Juniors and you can hear the crowd chant him by his other well-known name, Scifo, after the Belgian Internationalist. |
Johny
Barclay Coach |

Johnny
started with Premier
Coaching™
through work placement whilst studying towards an HND in Sports Coaching
with Development, which he successfully completed. He also holds several
Scottish Football Association coaching awards.
Johnny played for Kilmarnock and Middlesbourgh before signing schoolboy forms with Falkirk F.C. He looked to have a promising career until two serious knee operations put him out of the game for a long period of time. He now plays amateur football. |
